Gunnar Ekmann Flønes

Gunnar Ekmann Flønes works primarily within corporate law, M&A, transactions, and general company law. He has extensive experience on acquisitions and divestments of business, reorganizations, investments and contract negotiations. Flønes has gained in-depth knowledge and insight on all matters pertaining to establishment and operations of businesses, including, but not limited to shareholder agreements, share issues, board representation and liability, as well as incentive schemes, and assist both established and start-up businesses on a regular basis.

Flønes is well experienced with contracts and negotiations within most industry sectors, including cooperation agreements, service agreements and supply agreements towards the energy sector and related to technology. His experience also includes a period working as inhouse counsel, and he has thus gained a solid understanding of industrial and operational matters and challenges, as well as experience within retail and FMCG.
